Before you book

Bring the context that matters.

01

Send review materials early

For the paid session, include links to programs, training logs, or exercise videos when you book. Send them at least 24 hours ahead whenever possible.

02

Expect a focused conversation

Both options happen through Google Meet. The paid consultation is a one-time working session, not an ongoing coaching package.

03

Keep the scope clear

GymDaze provides fitness education and training guidance. A consultation is not medical care, physical therapy, diagnosis, or treatment of an injury or medical condition.
