Air Angels
Technique
How to perform Air Angels
- Lie face down on a mat with your legs extended and your forehead lightly touching the surface.
- Position your arms so that your forearms remain parallel to the ground while keeping your elbows and hands slightly lifted off the floor.
- Engage your core and upper back muscles to stabilize your body.
- This is your starting position.
- Inhale as you slowly move your arms upward and outward in a controlled arc, mimicking the motion of wall angels while maintaining your forearms parallel to the ground.
- Exhale as you reverse the movement, carefully lowering your arms back to the starting position and keeping tension in your shoulder blades.
- Focus on smooth, deliberate motion throughout the exercise, ensuring that your elbows and hands remain off the mat.
- Repeat for the prescribed repetitions.
