Technique
How to perform Band Bicep Curl
- Stand on the middle of a resistance band with your feet about hip-width apart and hold the band in an overhand grip or grab a handle in each hand.
- Stand tall with your arms extended, elbows close to your sides, and enough band tension to remove slack.
- Keep your upper arms still and supinate your wrists as you curl your hands toward your shoulders by bending your elbows.
- Pause briefly at the top and squeeze your biceps without letting your elbows drift forward or your shoulders rise.
- Lower your hands under control until your elbows are fully extended while maintaining tension on the band.
- Repeat for the prescribed repetitions.
