How to perform Bretzel 2.0
- Begin by sitting and shifting your weight onto your left side.
- Bend your left leg at a 90-degree angle from your hip, and extend your right leg behind you.
- Next, bend your right knee so that it also forms a 90-degree angle, positioning both legs in an L-shaped setup.
- Rotate your torso toward the left, placing your left elbow and forearm on the floor in line with your hips and pelvis.
- If you have the flexibility, bring your right forearm down as well.
- The aim is to get your shoulders parallel to your left thigh.
- Maintain steady breathing and adjust the stretch as needed to ensure a comfortable position.
