Cable EZ-Bar Wide-Grip Curl

Technique
How to perform Cable EZ-Bar Wide-Grip Curl
- Attach an EZ bar to the low pulley of a cable machine.
- Stand facing the machine with your feet shoulder-width apart, gripping the outer curved sections of the EZ bar with palms facing up.
- Keep your elbows close to your sides and your back straight.
- Engage your core to stabilize your upper body. This is your starting position.
- Exhale as you curl the bar upward, focusing on contracting your biceps. Avoid swinging your arms or leaning back, and keep your elbows fixed in place throughout the motion.
- Pause briefly at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position while inhaling.
- Maintain control to maximize muscle engagement.
- Repeat for the prescribed repetitions.
