How to perform Cable Russian Twists

  1. Attach one D-handle and set the pulley level with your hands in the starting position.
  2. Position your upper back on a stability ball with your feet planted and your body perpendicular to the cable.
  3. Hold the handle with both hands above your chest, elbows nearly straight, and lift your hips to maintain the body line.
  4. Rotate your torso away from the pulley so your arms follow your chest, keeping your feet planted and hips elevated.
  5. Pause at the end of the range you can control on the ball, then rotate back without letting the cable pull you abruptly.
  6. Reposition to work the opposite side.
