How to perform Chest Push (multiple response)
- Kneel facing a sturdy wall and hold a medicine ball firmly against your chest.
- Brace your core and keep your hips extended.
- Drive your hips and arms forward to pass the ball forcefully into the wall.
- Receive the rebound with bent elbows and bring the ball back to your chest.
- Repeat the passes continuously for the prescribed repetitions.
