Technique

How to perform Chest Push (multiple response)

  1. Kneel facing a sturdy wall and hold a medicine ball firmly against your chest.
  2. Brace your core and keep your hips extended.
  3. Drive your hips and arms forward to pass the ball forcefully into the wall.
  4. Receive the rebound with bent elbows and bring the ball back to your chest.
  5. Repeat the passes continuously for the prescribed repetitions.
