Technique

How to perform Double Kettlebell Alternating Hang Clean

  1. Stand over two kettlebells with space for them to move between your legs.
  2. Bend your knees slightly and hinge at your hips to grasp both handles while keeping your trunk steady.
  3. Drive through your hips to guide one kettlebell into the shoulder rack while the other remains low.
  4. Let the racked bell return downward as you use your next hip drive to bring the opposite bell into its rack position.
  5. Continue alternating smoothly, guiding each bell close to your body rather than curling it up with the arm.
  6. Finish by controlling both bells back toward the floor through a hip hinge.
