Extended Range One-Arm Kettlebell Floor Press

Technique
How to perform Extended Range One-Arm Kettlebell Floor Press
- Lie on the floor and position one kettlebell at the working shoulder, holding its handle with the forearm beneath the bell.
- Bend the working-side knee and bring it across the midline, keeping the working shoulder supported on the floor.
- Hold that rotated setup steady rather than rolling the torso with each repetition.
- Press the kettlebell upward over the working shoulder by extending the elbow and bringing the upper arm toward the midline.
- Lower the bell under control until the upper arm returns to the floor-supported starting position without forcing the shoulder to lift.
- Complete the set in the same body position, then set the bell down under control and switch sides.
