Technique

How to perform Flat-Band Ankle Eversion

  1. Sit with the working leg supported and secure a flat therapy band to the inside of the foot.
  2. Begin with the ankle neutral and enough tension to remove slack from the band.
  3. Turn the sole outward by moving only at the ankle while keeping the knee still.
  4. Pause at the end of the controlled range, then return slowly to neutral.
  5. Repeat for both sides without letting the band snap back.
