Technique
How to perform Flat-Band Ankle Eversion
- Sit with the working leg supported and secure a flat therapy band to the inside of the foot.
- Begin with the ankle neutral and enough tension to remove slack from the band.
- Turn the sole outward by moving only at the ankle while keeping the knee still.
- Pause at the end of the controlled range, then return slowly to neutral.
- Repeat for both sides without letting the band snap back.
