Technique

How to perform Front Squat With Two Kettlebells

  1. Clean both kettlebells once into a front-rack position, with the bells supported against your forearms and upper body.
  2. Keep your elbows below your hands and near your torso rather than copying a high-elbow barbell rack.
  3. Stand with your feet around shoulder width and brace your torso.
  4. Bend your knees and hips to squat between your legs while keeping your whole feet planted.
  5. Descend only as far as you can keep the bells racked and your torso controlled, then pause briefly.
  6. Extend your knees and hips to stand without pressing the kettlebells.
  7. Repeat the squats from the rack and lower the bells under control after the set.
