Incline Cable Chest Press

Technique
How to perform Incline Cable Chest Press
- Use either an incline bench between two low cable pulleys with one handle per hand, or an integrated cable chest-press station with an inclined back support.
- For the separate bench, position the pulleys behind and below your hands so the cables oppose the upward press; on the integrated station, adjust the seat so the handles begin beside your chest.
- Sit with your back and hips supported, feet planted, and elbows bent slightly in from your sides.
- Press the handles upward and inward along the inclined pressing path while keeping your torso against the support.
- Return the handles toward the sides of your chest under control without letting the weight stack drop.
- Maintain the same supported position and handle path for each repetition.
