Incline Dumbbell Bench With Palms Facing In

Technique
How to perform Incline Dumbbell Bench With Palms Facing In
- Use an incline bench and bring a dumbbell in each hand beside your chest with your back supported and feet planted.
- Turn your palms to face each other and keep that neutral grip throughout the repetition.
- Angle your elbows closer to your torso rather than flaring them straight out at shoulder height, keeping your forearms beneath the weights.
- Press the dumbbells upward above your upper chest by extending your elbows and bringing your upper arms forward.
- Lower the weights toward the sides of your chest under control while maintaining the same grip and elbow path.
- Finish with the weights under control before returning to a seated position.
