How to perform Inline Skating
- Put on inline skates and stand with your knees softly bent and your weight centered over both feet.
- Push one skate diagonally backward as you transfer your weight onto the other skate and glide forward.
- Recover the push-off skate beneath your hips and repeat the push with the opposite leg.
- Keep your torso stable and use your arms naturally as you alternate strides.
- Use controlled turns to change direction, then reduce your speed gradually before stopping.
