Intermediate Hip Flexor and Quad Stretch

Technique
How to perform Intermediate Hip Flexor and Quad Stretch
- Lie face-down with a flat therapy band looped around one foot and hold the free ends with both hands.
- Bend that knee and use the band to guide the heel toward your buttock.
- Gently extend the working hip so the thigh can rise slightly, keeping your pelvis supported rather than arching your lower back to lift it.
- Hold the front-of-thigh stretch without pulling farther than you can control.
- Ease the band tension, lower the leg, and repeat on the other side.
