Internal Rotation with Band

Technique
How to perform Internal Rotation with Band
- Secure either listed band to a stable anchor at elbow height.
- Stand with the working side nearer the anchor and hold the band or its handle.
- Keep your upper arm beside your torso and your elbow bent about 90 degrees, starting with your forearm pointing away from your body.
- Rotate your upper arm inward to bring your hand across the front of your torso without moving your elbow or turning your trunk.
- Control the band's pull as you return to the start, then switch sides after the set.
- A small pad between the elbow and torso is optional and is not required equipment.
