How to perform Kettlebell Arnold Press

  1. Bring one kettlebell into the rack at your shoulder, with your palm facing inward and the handle seated securely in your hand.
  2. Stand upright with your trunk steady and your wrist supported in line with your forearm.
  3. Press the bell overhead without driving with your legs, allowing your arm and forearm to turn until your palm faces forward.
  4. Finish with the elbow straight and the bell controlled overhead, without leaning back to lift it.
  5. Lower the bell along the same path, reversing the turn to return to the inward-facing rack.
  6. Complete the repetitions on one side, then reset and repeat on the other.
