Kettlebell March
Technique
How to perform Kettlebell March
- Clean one kettlebell to a secure front‑rack position on your right side, elbow tucked close and wrist neutral, while standing tall with feet hip‑width apart and core braced.
- Squeeze the glutes and draw your ribs down so your torso stays upright; this is your starting position.
- Exhale as you lift your left knee to hip height, marching in place without leaning or letting the kettlebell shift away from your midline.
- Inhale as you lower your left foot under control, then immediately raise your right knee to repeat the march on the opposite side, keeping the kettlebell locked in the rack and shoulders level.
- Continue alternating knees for the recommended time or reps, maintaining steady breathing and a stable trunk throughout.
- Safely lower the kettlebell, switch to the opposite rack position, and repeat the sequence to work the other side evenly.
