How to perform Kettlebell Pass Between The Legs

  1. Stand with your feet far enough apart for the kettlebell to pass between your legs, soften your knees and hinge your hips back.
  2. Hold the kettlebell centrally with both hands and keep your trunk steady.
  3. Swing it backward between your legs, letting go with your left hand while your right hand keeps the handle.
  4. Guide it around the outside of your right leg toward the front, then reverse along the same route around that leg.
  5. Bring it forward through the middle and take the handle with both hands again.
  6. On the next backswing, release your right hand and guide the kettlebell around the outside of your left leg toward the front.
  7. Reverse around that same left leg and return through the middle to both hands.
  8. Repeat the alternating W-shaped excursions without turning them into a continuous figure eight or driving the motion by twisting your torso.
