How to perform Knee Tuck Jump

  1. Stand with your knees soft and hold both hands in front of you at chest height, palms facing down.
  2. Make a quick shallow squat and push through the floor to jump upward.
  3. While airborne, lift your knees toward your hands without pulling your torso down to meet them.
  4. Unfold your legs before landing so your feet can meet the floor beneath you.
  5. Absorb the landing by bending your hips and knees while maintaining balance.
  6. Reset your stance before the next repetition rather than letting a poor landing flow into another jump.
