Technique
How to perform Kneeling Forearm Stretch
- Kneel with your hands flat on the floor and turn your fingers toward your knees.
- Keep your arms extended and set your hands close enough that you can maintain palm contact.
- Shift your hips backward gradually, keeping your palms down as the wrists move into extension.
- Hold a mild stretch along the palm side of your forearms without forcing the backward shift.
