How to perform Kneeling Resistance Band Lat Pulldown
- Secure the selected band to a stable overhead anchor and kneel far enough away to create tension.
- Hold the band with both hands, sit tall, and set the shoulder blades down without leaning back.
- Drive the elbows toward the ribs until the hands approach shoulder level.
- Pause while squeezing the lats, then extend the arms overhead under control.
- Keep the torso stacked and repeat for the prescribed repetitions.
