How to perform Landmine 180's

  1. Secure the unloaded bar end in a landmine attachment, or brace it in a corner so it cannot slide.
  2. Load the free end and hold it with both hands at about shoulder height, with your feet wider than your hips.
  3. Keep your arms extended without forcing the elbows backward.
  4. Rotate your hips and torso together as you guide the bar down toward one side.
  5. Let your feet turn with the hip rotation rather than fixing them while twisting farther through your back.
  6. Reverse the arc and guide the bar toward the other side, keeping the motion controlled.
  7. Continue alternating sides without dropping the loaded end.
