Technique

How to perform Landmine Reverse Lunge

  1. Hold the end of a secured landmine bar at chest height and stand tall.
  2. Step one foot backward and lower into a reverse lunge with the front foot planted.
  3. Keep the torso stable and the front knee tracking over the foot.
  4. Drive through the front foot to return to standing.
  5. Complete the set evenly on both sides.
