Technique
How to perform Landmine Reverse Lunge
- Hold the end of a secured landmine bar at chest height and stand tall.
- Step one foot backward and lower into a reverse lunge with the front foot planted.
- Keep the torso stable and the front knee tracking over the foot.
- Drive through the front foot to return to standing.
- Complete the set evenly on both sides.
