Technique

How to perform London Bridges

  1. Anchor a climbing rope overhead and position a stable foot brace in front of it.
  2. Place both feet securely on the brace and grasp the rope with both hands.
  3. Keep your body in a straight line as you lean away from the rope.
  4. Move hand over hand down the rope until you reach the lowest position you can control without moving your feet.
  5. Pull yourself back toward the starting position by climbing the rope hand over hand.
  6. Reset your grip and body position before the next repetition.
