Technique
How to perform Banded Straight-Arm Pulldown
- Secure the selected band overhead and stand far enough away to create tension.
- Hold the band with straight or softly bent elbows and brace the trunk.
- Pull the hands down toward the thighs while keeping the elbows fixed.
- Pause as the lats contract, then return overhead under control.
- Avoid turning the movement into a triceps pressdown.
