Lying Face Down Plate Neck Resistance

Technique
How to perform Lying Face Down Plate Neck Resistance
- Lie face down lengthwise on a flat bench, with your head and neck beyond the end and your torso supported.
- Position a weight plate against the back of your head and keep it secured with both hands throughout the movement.
- Begin with your head in line with your upper torso, then slowly nod downward by flexing your neck.
- Extend your neck to raise your head back to the starting position without lifting your torso or shrugging.
- Keep the plate controlled as your hands follow the head movement, then lower again for the next repetition.
