Technique

How to perform Meadows Row

  1. Place a barbell either in the corner or on a landmine attachment.
  2. Stand perpendicular to the barbell with your feet wide and end of the barbell centered between your feet (slightly toward the side on which you will row).
  3. Bend over to get your chest parallel to the floow and grab the barbell end with your arm fully extended.
  4. This is your starting position.
  5. Row the barbell up and out in a smooth arc, keeping your elbow out and your body stable.
  6. Finish with your elbow at the same height as your shoulder.
  7. Return to the starting position under control and repeat.
