How to perform Medicine Ball Full Twist

  1. Stand with the feet about shoulder-width apart and hold a medicine ball in front of the chest with the elbows slightly bent.
  2. Keep the knees soft and torso upright as you begin turning toward one side.
  3. Allow the hips and shoulders to turn with the ball, pivoting the opposite foot rather than holding both feet rigidly in place.
  4. Slow the motion near the end of your controlled turn without leaning back or forcing a twist.
  5. Reverse smoothly through the center and repeat toward the other side, keeping the ball in your hands throughout.
