Technique

How to perform Monster Walk

  1. Place one mini loop band around the legs just above the knees and a second around the ankles.
  2. Stand with the feet about shoulder width apart so both bands are under tension, and soften the knees into a slight bend.
  3. Take short alternating steps forward while keeping the knees and feet apart against the bands.
  4. Keep the torso controlled and maintain the shallow bend without turning each step into a squat.
  5. Reverse with short alternating backward steps while preserving the same spacing and band tension.
