Narrow Stance Leg Press

Technique
How to perform Narrow Stance Leg Press
- Adjust the seat and stops, then sit with the pelvis and back supported against the pads.
- Place the whole feet on the platform closer than shoulder width, toes slightly out, leaving room for the knees to track in line with them.
- Hold the handles and extend the legs enough to take the load off the catches, then release them using the machine's controls.
- Bend the hips and knees to lower the platform smoothly toward you while keeping the heels down and the pelvis supported.
- Use a controlled depth around a right angle at the knees without letting the pelvis roll away from the pad; the exact torso-to-thigh angle depends on the machine.
- Press through the whole feet to return, extending the legs without forcefully snapping the knees backward.
- Repeat, then re-engage the catches and confirm the platform is supported before leaving the seat.
