Neutral Grip Leverage Iso Row

Also called Isolateral Row Machine, Leverage Iso Row, Neutral-Grip Isolateral Row Machine
Technique
How to perform Neutral Grip Leverage Iso Row
- Load the machine evenly and adjust its seat so the neutral handles are near chest level with your chest supported against the pad.
- Plant your feet and grasp both handles with palms facing each other, keeping the wrists aligned with the forearms.
- Pull the handles toward the torso along the machine's path, bending the elbows and letting the shoulder blades draw back without lifting the chest off the pad.
- Pause briefly at the end of the pull without shrugging or leaning backward.
- Straighten the arms and allow the shoulder blades to move forward under control, keeping the torso supported rather than rounding to chase extra reach.
- Repeat without bouncing the plates against the stops, then lower the load onto its supports before releasing the handles.
