Feet-Elevated Cross-Body Crunch

Also called Oblique Crunches
Technique
How to perform Feet-Elevated Cross-Body Crunch
- Lie on your back with your feet resting on a stable bench, chair or box and your knees bent.
- Place one hand lightly beside your head and the other on the floor for balance; keep the feet supported throughout.
- Curl the shoulder beside the raised hand upward and across toward the opposite knee, turning through the trunk rather than pulling your head.
- Use a controlled crunch range without requiring elbow-to-knee contact or lifting into a full sit-up.
- Uncurl and untwist slowly until the upper back returns to the floor.
- Switch the hand position and repeat toward the other knee, alternating sides for the planned repetitions.
