Technique
How to perform One-Arm Kettlebell Clean
- Place one kettlebell on the floor between your feet and grip it with one hand.
- Bend the knees and hinge at the hips while keeping the back position steady.
- Extend the legs and hips to accelerate the bell upward close to the body.
- Bend the elbow to guide the bell and turn the hand through the handle as it settles beside the shoulder in a close rack.
- Stand tall with the wrist supported in line with the forearm rather than letting the bell flip over and strike it.
- Guide the bell down and return it to the floor with controlled hip and knee bending before repeating.
