How to perform One-Arm Kettlebell Military Press To The Side

  1. Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart and clean one kettlebell to the working shoulder.
  2. Let the bell settle against the forearm with your palm facing inward and the elbow near your side.
  3. Keep your torso upright and press the bell upward, allowing the upper arm to move outward as the elbow straightens.
  4. Finish with the bell supported overhead without adding a knee dip or leaning the torso sideways to lift it.
  5. Lower the bell under control along the same arm path to the shoulder rack.
  6. Repeat from the rack, then change arms for the other side.
