How to perform One-Arm Kettlebell Para Press
- Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart and bring one kettlebell to the working shoulder.
- Turn the palm forward and move the elbow out to the side, keeping the forearm beneath the handle.
- Hold your torso upright and press the bell upward as the elbow straightens.
- Finish with the arm extended overhead without adding a leg drive or side-bending the torso.
- Lower the bell under control to the same forward-palm shoulder position.
- Repeat the presses, then change arms for the other side.
