How to perform Plyo Kettlebell Push-Up

  1. Place one kettlebell upright on a level surface where its base will remain stable.
  2. Set a straight-body push-up position with one hand gripping the kettlebell handle and the other planted on the floor beside it.
  3. Keep the torso facing the floor as you bend the elbows and lower through a controlled range.
  4. Press forcefully enough to unload the hands and move the upper body across the kettlebell.
  5. Switch hand positions so the opposite hand takes the handle and the first lands on the floor on the other side.
  6. Receive the landing with bending elbows while keeping the torso from sagging or twisting.
  7. Repeat toward the first side, ending the set before you lose control of the hand change or landing.
