Posterior Tibialis Stretch
Technique
How to perform Posterior Tibialis Stretch
- Sit with one leg extended and loop a stretching strap, rope, or resistance band around that foot.
- Keep the heel slightly off the ground.
- Gently pull the strap so the sole turns outward and the outside of the foot moves toward you.
- Keep the movement small and controlled, stopping at a comfortable stretch.
- Hold for 10 to 20 seconds, then release and repeat on the other side.
