How to perform Revolved Head-to-Knee Pose

  1. Sit with one leg extended out to the side and the other knee bent, sole near the inner thigh.
  2. Turn your chest slightly away from the straight leg, then side-bend toward it while keeping both sitting bones as grounded as possible.
  3. Rest the lower hand on the leg or floor and reach the upper arm overhead toward the extended foot; a strap can bridge the reach.
  4. Keep your chest open without pulling your neck sideways. Return upright and change sides.
