How to perform Revolved Side Angle

  1. Begin in a lunge with the back foot turned out and its heel grounded.
  2. Turn the torso toward the front leg and bring the opposite upper arm across the outer thigh.
  3. Place that hand on a block outside the front foot or keep the hands together at the chest, using only light arm pressure.
  4. Maintain the grounded rear heel and unwind before standing. Shorten the stance when heel contact or knee alignment is lost, then repeat on the other side.
