How to perform Ring One-Leg Sissy Squat

  1. Stand facing the rings and grip both handles at chest height with your right foot planted and left foot held off the floor.
  2. Rise onto the ball of your right foot, engage your core, and lean back slightly while keeping your torso straight.
  3. Inhale as you bend your right knee forward, allowing it to track over your toes while lowering your hips toward the floor and using the rings for balance and assistance.
  4. Descend until you feel a strong stretch in your right quadriceps or reach your comfortable depth without letting your heel lift.
  5. Exhale as you press through the ball of your right foot and pull lightly on the rings to straighten your knee and return to the upright position.
  6. Repeat for the prescribed repetitions before switching legs.
