Rocking Standing Calf Raise

Technique
How to perform Rocking Standing Calf Raise
- Set a barbell in a squat rack and position it across your upper-back muscles rather than your neck.
- Unrack the bar and step clear with your feet about shoulder width apart and your torso upright.
- Keeping your knees nearly straight, raise your heels to rise onto the balls of your feet.
- Lower both heels back to the floor under control.
- With the heels grounded, lift the fronts of your feet toward your shins without throwing your torso backward.
- Lower the forefeet and continue alternating heel raises and forefoot raises.
- Return the bar to the rack after the set.
