Technique
How to perform Seated Front Deltoid Stretch
- Sit upright with your legs in a comfortable position.
- Interlace your fingers behind your lower back and straighten your elbows.
- Draw your shoulder blades gently back and down while keeping your chest lifted.
- Raise your clasped hands away from your back without leaning your torso forward.
- Lower your hands slowly and release your grip.
