Seated Hamstring and Calf Stretch

How to perform Seated Hamstring and Calf Stretch
- Loop a stretching strap, rope, or resistance band around one foot and sit with both legs extended.
- Keep your spine long and lean forward slightly from the hips.
- Gently pull on the strap to draw the toes of the working foot toward you until you feel a stretch through the calf and hamstring.
- Hold for 10 to 20 seconds without bouncing, then release and repeat on the other leg.
