Technique
How to perform Seated Resistance Band Row
- Secure the selected band to a stable low anchor and sit facing it with the spine tall.
- Hold the handles or loop, extend the arms, and brace the trunk without rounding the back.
- Pull the elbows behind the torso while drawing the shoulder blades together.
- Pause, then return slowly until the arms are long and the shoulder blades move forward naturally.
- Repeat without rocking the torso for momentum.
