Technique

How to perform Seated Resistance Band Row

  1. Secure the selected band to a stable low anchor and sit facing it with the spine tall.
  2. Hold the handles or loop, extend the arms, and brace the trunk without rounding the back.
  3. Pull the elbows behind the torso while drawing the shoulder blades together.
  4. Pause, then return slowly until the arms are long and the shoulder blades move forward naturally.
  5. Repeat without rocking the torso for momentum.
