Shoulder Press - With Bands

Technique
How to perform Shoulder Press - With Bands
- Stand on the band with both feet and bring the tube handles, or the two sides of a long loop, to shoulder height.
- Use a band length that allows the full movement within its manufacturer's stretch limits.
- Face your palms forward, keep your wrists aligned with your forearms, and position your elbows under your hands.
- Press both hands overhead while keeping your feet planted and your torso from leaning backward.
- Allow your shoulder blades to rotate upward as your arms rise rather than pinning them down.
- Lower your hands to shoulder height under control without letting the band snap back.
