Side Lying Groin Stretch

Technique
How to perform Side Lying Groin Stretch
- Lie on one side with the bottom leg extended along the floor and support your upper body on the bottom forearm.
- Bend the top knee and take hold of the top leg with your free hand.
- Guide the top leg upward and outward, away from the bottom leg, while keeping the pelvis controlled.
- Gradually straighten the top knee as your available range allows, supporting it with your hand rather than pressing it toward the floor.
- Hold the open position without bouncing, then bend and lower the leg under control.
- Turn onto the other side and repeat.
