Sled Overhead Triceps Extension

Technique
How to perform Sled Overhead Triceps Extension
- Attach handled sled straps and choose a load you can move by extending your elbows.
- Face away from the sled and take a staggered stance with the straps taut.
- Hold the handles close together above and behind your head, with your elbows bent and upper arms pointing upward.
- Maintain your upper-arm position and steady torso as you extend your elbows to move the sled forward.
- Let the sled stop, then step forward while bending your elbows to re-establish the starting position and strap tension.
- Repeat the elbow extension without using a whole-body lunge to move the load.
