Smith Incline Shoulder Raise

Technique
How to perform Smith Incline Shoulder Raise
- Set an incline bench beneath the Smith bar and choose a starting bar height reachable with your arms extended.
- Lie against the bench and take a shoulder-width overhand grip, aligning the bench so the short reach follows the bar's track.
- Unrack the bar and hold your elbows extended without changing their angle during the repetition.
- Reach the bar a short distance upward by moving your shoulder blades around the rib cage and away from the bench.
- Let the shoulder blades return toward the bench under control without bending the elbows into a press.
- Repeat the short scapular movement, then re-engage the rack hooks.
