How to perform Stairmaster

  1. Step onto the StairMaster, select a manual setting or program, and begin at a manageable speed.
  2. Stand tall with your feet centered on the moving steps.
  3. Use the handrails lightly for balance while establishing a steady stepping rhythm.
  4. Keep your torso upright and place each foot securely before transferring your weight.
  5. Reduce the speed gradually when finished and wait for the steps to stop.
  6. Step off the machine with control.
